The admissions in NIT"s as well as in IIIT's are based on ranking in JEE Mains examination. NTA will be announcing this in the month of May after completion of second phase of this exam in April. For getting admission in IIT's, the students have to clear one more exam called JEE Advanced. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile score. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.
All the best.

I must first congratulate you on your scoring so handsomely in JEE Mains. I feel you should get whatever branch and NIT that you desire. However to be on the safe side, I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about predicting college by inputting percentile. Inspite of this I would like to advise you that please do appear for JEE Mains of April 2019 for improvement in your percentile. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
