It depends on your interest in the CSE stream. If you have a deep interest in CSE, BITS Pilani would be a better place to be. Otherwise, if you don't have any specific interest in the branch, I would suggest you go for IITs. In India, an IIT tag is still considered better than BITS. Choo

You can definitely get admission in IITs since they treat Diploma as equivalent to 12th. However, unfortunately, NITs don't. Then many state government's have also declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th which makes you eligible. You can find information about your state on the webpage
