For getting admission in IIT, you have to crack JEE MAIN and advance both. Some other engineering college are BITS, Manipal University, VIT.

Naryana Sri Chatainya and FITJEE are the best coaching institute in Hyderabad.

You can't give JEE EXAM before class 12th. You are eligible only if you are presently in class 12th, or after 1-2 year of passing class 12th. But, you can prepare for IIT, whenever you want. You can start from class 6th also for preparing.

Solve previous years question, but without using answers keys. If you crack all of them, then your concept is good.

You should be AJEE Advance qualify to get into IIT's. Mains will take you to the NIT's only. Moreover, there is B.Sc in Physics, and many relevant branches, you can get with your low Advance rank also.

There are 2 books, I love both, both are simply awesome and you don't need to do anything extra if you solve any of them by heart.
Pearson by Sanjay Mishra (note that many properties are hidden in forms of illus and subjective problems but you don't need more properties than ones given in this book)
