Other than JEE Mains, you can write BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM JEEE, AEEE and MUOET.
These are one of the top colleges for engineering and also equally competitive.

To pursue MBA from IITs, you need to write CAT. For the private colleges, you need to appear for the specified entrance tests (if available) or else they would also accept based on scores in top exams like CAT, MAT, and XAT etc.
So, for private colleges you need to verify the admission procedures carefully.

The admission into IITs for engineering programs is based on the ranks In JEE Advanced exams.
For that, you also need to clear JEE Mains.
The eligibility is to have at least 75% in board exams (for general category) and for reserved categories you need to have a minimum of 65%.
