It is not possible to get admission in IITs and NITs But you have only one chance I.e work very hard for 1 year.

Yes, after completing your Diploma, you can pursue BE in IIT or NIT. You can apply through lateral entry and get direct admission in 2nd year. You will have to fill the form for lateral entry and appear for an entrance exam.

Unfortunately, IIT does not offer MA courses. Master’s in business administration in human resources specialization from top B-schools is the best suitable course. The list has been mentioned below:

Surely Aditya. After completion of BE, you can apply for M.Tech in IITs. For that, you need to apply for GATE entrance examination and score above 75. If your scores are above 75, you can apply for IITs.

Yes, IITs and NITs have hiked fees. But, at the same time graded fee waiver has also been announced. Those with less than Rs. 1 lakh will be fully waived. Fees increase gradually till income of Rs. 5 lakhs. Then full fees for general category students.

Chances seem very low at this score as you need at least 70 percentile. You can try again and score well. Your academics are good enough to get you through.

Almost all NIT and IIT offer part time M.Tech but you have to attend the evening classes. That means you must choose the IIT or NIT near to your home town so that you can attend the classes.
