I think, first you should complete your IIT, then after four years, you can go in any other field you want like MBA.

Actually, no, because there is a difference between normal engineering and an engineering through IIT. So, there will be difference in the quality of job also.

Getting into IIT take a lot of hardship and dedication. For an SC candidate, I think securing 40% marks are sufficient to get into IIT (but it depends on which IIT do you want to go for and also the branch you choose matters). The other thing that affects the result is the difficulty of the question paper
but in general, I think 40% is suffice.

You have to write JEE Advanced to get into IITs. With this rank, you can only get into NITs or IIITs.
You must meet the cut off marks in JEE Advanced to get into an IIT.
