Apart from the overall Graduate School requirements, candidates applying to a master's programme must also have a minimum 2.8 GPA on a scale of 4.0 in their bachelor's. Also, those applying to a specialist program must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a scale of 4.0 other than the overall graduate school requirements.

Yes, it is mandatory to submit either SAT or ACT for undergraduate admissions and GRE or GMAT for graduate admissions while applying to Illinois State University. Without these scores, you won't qualify for admission to ISU.
