University of Chicago offers merit scholarships to international students with a good academic background. They automatically consider applicants for merit scholarships who have submitted a high GPA and have a good application where they have submitted all the required documents. These merit scholarships can be partial-tuition scholarships, single lump sum awards and some are also renewable each year for the students.
