No, admission to the LL.B. course at ILS Law College is not possible without an appearance for the Maharashtra Law Common Entrance Test (MHCET Law). The college grants admission to the five-year BA LLB and three-year LL.B. programme based solely on MHCET score. No separate entrance test is conducted by the college, and no management quota seats are available. The same will depend on the centralized admission process managed by CET Cell, Mumbai, regarding whether a student is eligible and gets admitted based on MHCET. So, intending students need to appear for this entrance exam.

The eligibilities followed by admissions to get through ILS Law College are as mentioned below. For BA LLB, a candidate must have had 10+2 from a recognised board and must have scored at least 45% marks for open category candidates and 40% for SC/ST category candidates. Admission is strictly based on the performance of MHCET. The semester or term exam dates and result dates vary year to year.The written exams have been scheduled from 1 st April to 5 th April 2024 this year for BA LLB -II.One can go through the "Examination notice for students"section on the website of ILS LAW COLLEGE and can there find the precise dates of the examination and results of their respective year and batchwise exam schedule and result dates.

The ILS college has well reputed and experienced faculty. They have Experienced professors and lecturers with LLM AND PhD qualifications. They have renowned academics experts in each of the subject of the course.

The faculty members are very well experienced in their respective fields like as Constitutional law, constitutional law, Corporate law, etc.

The MHCET (MAHARASHTRA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST) law examination will take place now in 2025.The dates for the Mhcet law examination in 2024 was 18jan-mid April. The admit card releases on 18 may and the examination was held on 30may.Following the trend in past few years, in 2025 too, the examination registration will probably going to begin from 3rd week of january, The examination will be held in 3rd week ofay tentatively.

One can opt for LLB course by cracking the cutoff in any of the entrance exam like CLAT (Common law admission test) at national level or MHCET LAW (MAHARASHTRA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST LAW) for state level admission in Maharashtra.The ILS College requires Bachelor's degree from a recognised university for admission in LLB.One can submit the application for the same and by submitting the required documents, one is eligible to take admission for the course.
