You can get the Distance Diploma in Corporate Law from ILS Law College, Pune. There is a graduation eligibility as well as a professional one that accepts entry from second-year students and above. The subjects studied include Company Law, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SEBI regulations, and IP laws. This course is approximately 70 hours long and usually is taken through live online. The fees are around Rs. 20,000, inclusive of GST. On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate. India It was established in 1924 and has been associated with Savitribai Phule University, Pune since 194813. Direct admission to ILS Law College is not possible for the first year of its law programs. Admission is exclusively based on the Maharashtra Law Common Entrance Test (MHCET) score. The college does not have management quota seats, and all admissions are conducted through a centralized admission process based on CET results.

To secure a seat at ILS Pune, candidates beloning to the General category in the HS quota must target to achive a rank between 98.93 and 99.1 in MHT CET Law for LLB admission. The institute accepts the MHT CET Law entrance exam scores, followed by MHT CET Law counsellling process to admit students for its Law courses. Candidates can refer to the table below to view the MHT CET Law course-wise cutoff scores 2024 for the General HS quota:

The ILS Law College cutoff 2024 has been concluded for the MBA course. For getting into ILS Law College in the next admission sessions, the candidates need to score more than 90 score. This is because, as per ILS Law College MHTCET Law cutoff 2024, the Last Round for all the courses was above than 99 score for the General AI category candidates, and the cutoff is expected to be decrease in future as going with the trend. So, it is better to stay on a safe side by scoring at least 90+, otherwise It will be difficult for General AI category candidates to get into ILS Law College.
