Eligibility Criteria
The following are the basic minimum criteria you must satisfy in order to be considered eligible to sit for the CET;
Completed 10 + 2 from a recognized board of education with not less than 45% of mark
Hold an undergraduate degree from any institution recognized by law with not less than 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST candidates)

In India, ILS Law College in Pune is typically regarded as a Tier 2 legal education institution. It is highly regarded, particularly in Maharashtra, and is well-known for having been around since 1924. Although it has produced eminent graduates and provides high-quality legal education, it is not as highly regarded in the Tier 1 category as the National Law Universities (NLUs). Direct entry into ILS is not possible in the first year. Admission is by entrance test only. However, you can apply to transfer after the first year.
Earlier direct admission was taken based on 12th marks with different cut-offs for science and commerce students
With the introduction of the MHCET examination and Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT), the candidates now have to achieve a certain score to qualify for ILS which is the main admission criteria for BA LLB in ILS Law College.

BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) is a five-year integrated course that combines a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. This full-time programme combines a broad understanding of law with an arts background.
LLB (Bachelor of Laws) is a three-year fulltime Bachelor of Laws programme for graduates of any discipline.
LLM (Master of Laws) is a two year full time Master of Laws programme with concentrations including Business Law and International Law.

The total fee for the BA LLB programme for the ILS Law College situated in Pune is INR 2.3 Lacs if the course is completed for the full five-year length . Hence, integrated BA+LLB is a five-year course with the fee of INR 47250 per year. This programme is a full time undergraduate degree programme which takes five and a half year to complete and has an intake capacity of total 240 seats.

Admission to the BA LLB programme at ILS Law College requires completion of the CET exam. First-year admission to all three- and five-year law programmes is determined by the Maharashtra Law Common Entrance Test (CET) score.
