Today PGDM is considered equivalent to MBA only. In private jobs, you can always get same job through PGDM which MBA candidates are getting. In some government jobs and PSU, MBA degree is demanded and PGDM is a diploma, though in criteria it is mentioned MBA or equivalent.

IMT Napur is a better option than Symbiosis, Indore. IMT is already a brand name and Nagpur location is a decent institute. Symbiosis, Indore is ranked lower as compared to IMT-Nagpur.
