IFMR is a better option. The average packeg offered is Rs.6 LPA to Rs.7 LPA. IFMR has 100% placement record. It is mainly known for finance. Apart from studies, IFMR conducts all kinds of events like cultural, sports, etc.
All the faculty members are from branded B-schools. Every student is given a mentor for any kind of difficulties. The best part is that IFMR is the only B-school to have financial engineering as an elective. IFMR has Bloomberg terminal and mock trading room.

For core finance (it is good to have 55-60 in graduation), Christ can be chosen and for sales, IMT-Nagpur is good. Share your percentile to serve you better.

PGDM core is general. You will have an option in 2nd year to choose your specialisation. But, you have been selected for marketing. So, your specialisation is locked as of now.

Hii Lipsa, IMT Ghaziabad is best although Nagpur is decent college under IMT group, which field do you prefer in finance if you go for core finance job (investment banker, derivative analyst, market research) it is good to have 55-60% upto graduation as MNCs of these profile demands or if not you can choose financial sales profile (mutual fund, insurnc sales, relationship officer etc) check this more coherently with college placement officer if you have not 55-60 % upto graduation.

There is no eligibility criteria, all students have equal rights to get job opportunities through campus placements route, you would need good Academics and domain knowledge for good jobs.
