They generally give a call to everyone in order to select few who are best in their writing and communications. That is the main focus to examine a candidate in overall perspective.

For daily classes dress code will be casuals, if any presentations, then we need to be in full formals or at time of guest lectures. And full formals for guys and girls both will be blazers and trousers.
