St. Xavier's College, Ranchi is considered one of the best for BSc because of its "Autonomous" status. Unlike many other local colleges, St. Xavier's sets its own updated syllabus and finishes exams on time. While other colleges might be cheaper, the discipline and the quality of teachers at St. Xavier's are better comparatively. It provides a more professional environment that helps students prepare better for advanced education and future careers.

Yes, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer in the Jharkhand PECE exam. There is no negative marking for unattempted/unanswered questions.

- Goa students for UG who are not eligible to avail scholarship under the Scholarship Scheme will be given 40% of fee waiver in the regular tuition fee.
