400 marks in NEET are less for getting government Medical College using All India quota. As the All India quota cut off usually goes above 500 to get admission in government medical college. But you can get admission in private Medical Colleges easily using your NEET score
But you can try some good private medical college.

I have done B.Tech from IIMT, Gr Noida. And I find it worth. There are many positive factors to support my statement. First of all, I think it is fee structure is Lesser when compared to other colleges in Greater Noida. Also IIMT is now NBA Accredited college which makes it different from other colleges. Faculty members are dedicated and are knowledgeable in their respective fields. Also IIMT believes in improving Skills and respects your Vision in Research & Development areas. In conclusion, if you want to get the best, go for IIMT.

In Which branch you want admission .

No, you cannot pursue M.Sc. Chiropractic online in India as chiropractic is not recognised as a medical discipline in India, and the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) does not recognize any course in chiropractic.

Therefore, no universities or colleges in India offer an M.Sc. Chiropractic programme online.
