Hello Anurag,
Yes, you can. Many students have cleared the JEE exams along with their board exams.
But, you need to put a lot of efforts to manage both of the exams.
Spend at least 2 hours to prepare for JEE in spite of studying for your board exams.
You may also refer books like arihant series, TMH tata Mcgraw Hill etc and practice a lot.
You are advised to have a good coaching for JEE as it is not that easy to crack JEE Advanced without coaching though you can crack JEE Mains easily.
All the best!

If you failed in your board exams, you might have to appear for compartment exams. If these are regular school exams you should wait for the next opportunity to appear for exams, to better your score. You can appeal to the concerned authorities in your school and ask them if they can give you another chance to appear for the exams.

Dear Vamsi,
Your question is incomplete. You are doing MHM from which University and which semester? Most of the Universities will not entertain lateral entry from MHM to MBA as course contents are quite different. I am sure, SMU will also not allow such a move.
