Hello Mayank,
Scholarship abroad are generally on a merit base system, an university or college will award you a scholarship if you are academically very bright. There is generally no separate application process. My advice please check college websites for financial aids to international students.

Hi Kingshuk,
Different countries have different requirements. Apply for your passport now, you can apply for the study visa only after an university sends you ab admission offer. For UK take the IELTS for English language proficiency and apply via the common application portal called UCAS. You just need yo visit UCAS website to find deadlines and documents etc. For USA you have to take the TOEFL instead of IELTS and very importantly the SAT must be taken. You can do your B.Ed both in regular or distance mode. As you are working in a government school, you will get 2 years deputation period to complete your B.Ed. Otherwise, you can choose IGNOU for distance education.

There are n number of government B.Ed colleges in each district. As you are working, you can do your B.Ed in the deputation period. To get 2 years deputation period, you have to take permission from the authority. You can also pursue B.Ed through distance from IGNOU.
