It's not a good university. I would recommend you to join some other better university but also to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements, get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

English is mandatory for marketing people because they need to deal different customers. You can get a job in sales and marketing in Delhi area as most of the people will speak Hindi so you can. But better if you learn English as well.

You can opt for any engineering college which is AICTE, UGC recognized and have good placement records. As an engineering student, I can say that college doesn't matter nowadays if you are looking for IT sectors. For a govt. job, you need to crack GATE exam no matter whichever college or university you belong to. But for your information, go to the govt. site NIRF ranking on MHRD site.

For getting off in the fee, you need to crack the SRMJEEE (exam conducted by the college) according to your rank cut off you will get the discount in fees and it also depends on your choice of course because different courses are having different fees.
