To become a commercial pilot:
1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4. You need to register at a flying club which is recognised by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

ACCA is very well respected across the globe and in India too. Now regarding your question on salary depends on which kind of organization you would be targeting. If you are targeting MNCs you may get a good or even better salary than a CA would get at those same companies. But if the companies are highly local and need practical and working knowledge of Indian industry then they would obviously prefer Indian CAs.
Still if I have to put a number to your answer, if you just qualified and have no experience you can expect to get anywhere between INR 8.0 to INR 12.0 lakhs depending on your other skills.
