Hi Bibhuti, University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Northwestern University, etc. are some of the universities accepting three-year degree.Also the top ranked ones like Harvard, Stanford etc can accept three-year degree.

Like all other specialties, anesthesia is also following the trend for focused areas like cardiac, neuro, pediatric, obstetric anesthesia, etc. The average salaries in the government sector are pretty uniform across specialties. Starts from around Rs.75,000-80,000/month and goes up to Rs. 2.5 lacs a month for professors.
