As per NIRF rankings 2017, Anna University has been ranked in the 6th or 7th position and after the top IITs like Bombay, madras etc. means after some IITs (top ones) Anna University is the better option.
It is a state government college so that it offers a lower fee and a better education with good placements. You need to have a good aggregate out of 200 in PCM like 197/200.

You have scored very well. So definitely you can expect a government BAMS or BHMS college at this score. Do attend the counselling.
All the best.
