It's less predictable that you'll get admission into any government medical college courses at this score. However, you can try in private BDS.

No it's wrong.
All the students taking part in 1st round of counselling in WBJEE are considered for 2nd as well as 3rd round of counselling.

Hmm. Two degrees simultaneously? Perhaps yes. But not as student of a college. BA & B.Sc? Also what about studying for so many subjects? Time for them? But if you are really interested then I feel you should take admission for say B.Sc in a college and start doing BA from distance learning program say from IGNOU.
