You have good chances of getting almost all the courses like chemical, civil, electronics, electrical, computer science, etc. as you belong to Tamil Nadu, your home state rank has made you eligible for the seat.

The top 20th percentile of different boards for the year 2017 are available with https://www.jeeadv.ac.in/performance-in-XII
For chattishgarh board its 374 for general category.

Take the AILET and crack it if you want to do 5-year integrated law in NLU, Delhi.
Otherwise, if you want to do a 3-year LLB thing, Faculty of Law, Delhi is very good.
Even JMI is doing very well.
Other colleges like Symbiosis-Noida, Amity-Noida, etc. are also good in private ones. Jindal is also doing well.

As per your ranks, your chances are nil to get admission at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. With a rank in of 8019 you cannot get admission. You need to have a rank at least below 6000.

As per your rank in AEEE, you are chances to get admission into Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University are nil. Your rank should be at least below 6000 or 7000 to get admission.
So try for other colleges.
