Sorry to say but with only 44 marks in JEE Mains, the chances for you to get into any good college are nil. Keep trying in any private university/college for direct admission.

According to me, you should invest your money for MBA in Australia and do your Bachelor's degree as B.Com (Honors), economics (Honors) or BBA from India.
