There is no limit of BE students of salary package. But, just remember one thing highest placement package goes to only CSE & IT students mostly. So prepare & work hard. You will also get good package.

MBA in banking and finance seems to be more secure with respect to job. As India still have lots of opportunity for Financial Inclusion and large number citizens are still are unaware of financial literacy. So, I guess Finance is better option.
