Well, is it only GMAT or any standardized test that you don't want to write? If it is that you want to avoid GMAT, then you can go for GRE, as it is also accepted by most schools abroad.
Apart from that, there are few b-schools which do not need the student to show GMAT, but then the other portions of the application must be up to the mark to score an admit. So, it really depends on which college or university you are applying to.

Sydenham and JBIMS are two best lowest fees colleges providing MBA and have the best brand name and placements. Although, you need to give CET or CMAT with 99 percentile score to get admission.

I think you should search a job now so that you become self-independent and will also have some experience and then go for MBA, it will add more value to your degree.
