Dear subir. thre is no such lateral entries that are available in india. as of now. so you have to go for a full time programme in MBA HR etc. all the best.

You will repeat your 12th provided the school gives that option. Changing the subject in grade 12 is very difficult so you need to write to the state board for the options available to you. If that's not possible, you can register with NIOS to give exams for biology only or other subjects also to improve your percentage.

Look for Bachelor degree courses in Veterinary sciences or Animal Management. If you want to study abroad take the IELTS or TOEFL and research on countries and colleges, every place got different requirements. You may look for Conservation & Wildlife programs at a later stage. Australia, South Africa, Sweden, Netherlands, US are good options.

It has reasonably good scope. Starting salaries of Pharma graduates is between Rs 150000 to Rs 20000 per month.
