Dear Shivam,
I do not know as to where you got this information. A graduate degree from a recognised University in India is recognised as equivalent to an Australian degree for the purpose of admission to a Masters course in the same or relevant field. If you are talking about a diploma from a private institution then yes it is not recognised, however, a diploma from a Government recognised polytechnic is taken as the equivalent in Australia. I have helped students who graduated in India pursue their Masters in Australia. So all UGC affiliated Universities & UGC recognised Deemed University bachelor degrees are recognised by the Austral

Yes you will get college. You will get a college in first counselling. Their only you will come to know about the colleges. You will not get into main campus.

you need to qualify for jee main and whose cut off is around 100 but you have scored only 39 you can get admission in south Indian engineering colleges or at any private college.
