You are having good marks in your boards but average marks in JEE Mains, based on your category you may not get any NIT or any best government college. However you should wait for the counseling and also do apply for some best private institutes also so that it helps you at a later stage. You may also get some best scholarships based on your marks in 12.

India or globally, all three are required in their respective sectors. The only need is to understand, where you make the best fit and will be able to utilize your skills and abilities after 4 -6 years. Industry pundits do predict the jobs in demand in future but you cant be sure of it until you are the best. So based on the current trend, food technology first, chemical engg second and production third is what I suggest.

Your JEE Mains score in General Category is a good for NIT. But your board percentage is not sufficient to enable you a smooth admission into NITs. Insted You can prepare well for Advanced or you may get some government colleges in your state.
Hope for the best
