I would suggest you to opt Delhi University as your preference. Colleges associated with DU admits students on the basis of cut off which will be published after CBSE 12th result is out. Usually the first cut off list for good colleges starts from 99%.
There are various colleges in DU which can be ranked higher for BSc like Hanraj, Ramjas, kirori mal etc

As per IPA physiotherapist can use Dr in front of their name. You will be called a Doctor after 4.5 year full physiotherapy degree BPT course but you can not practice as medical practitioner ( real doctor)

According to Amity University admission eligibility you are not eligible because they require min 60% in aggregate ( in class 10 and 12 ) and min 70% in pcm for b.tech cs programme.
You can check prospectus for other programme in which you are eligible.

Delhi university is good for chemistry. try Stephen's college.otherwise prepare for IIT JAM for pursuing m.sc in chemistry.it gives u vast scopes.try to secure good rank to get into IITD
