Hey Raja,
I would like to suggest you to go for generalized degree in mechanical rather than going for some specialized one. It will be useful to have a generalized degree which can help you in multiple sectors. Also go for a university which has a good placement record.

IHM Goa is better option as there is much more tourism in Goa hence better exposure

You have few colleges performing really good in Madhya Pradesh .
