Wine making is a popular course in New Zealand (NZ). NZ is a country known for wine making and you will find this course offered by Lincoln University.
In India, you may choose to do a Diploma course in Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology. This can be done from National Sugar Institute, Kolkata. It is a one year course. The eligibility is B.Sc. with 1 year experience in the industry or PG Diploma in sugar technology.

There are many institutes which run ethical hacking courses. ISOEH (Kolkata) offers certified ethical hacking course. The Institute of Information Security-Pune offer courses on information security which includes ethical hacking. NIIT Imperia offers certified ethical hacking program.
