This course knowledge based on electrical system. certificate should be approved by DGS system . eligibility 10+2 pcm or diploma three yrs recognized by AICTE .so many institute are offering such course . you can try on line also, pl refer as AMET, marin ,marin galaxy or so many

It can range from 40 hours to 40 days
Adept has good institutions nation wide, any EC Council recognised institute is good but do check what all course material that is provided also some institutes provide free lab access for practice and would recommend those institutes as practicing on tools is

I don't think there is a provision of B. Arch. scores anywhere in the Admission criteria, so the answer is no.
