Yes you can pursue Masters in HRM from Australia and qualify for UGC-Net. You will have to apply to Universities that meet the following criteria in the lines of Indian Universities:
1. Eligibility requirements - Should be similar to Indian Universities
2. Duration of the programme - The PG course should be of two years and not one year
3. Accreditation status of the University(s) - Should be accredited by the Australian Education Board and you need to check with the AIU regarding the University's accreditation. Call them up or email them prior to joining a foreign University.
