Although an ideal score to aim for admission should be 500+ marks.

Candidates must ideally aim for 500+ marks in the NEET exam to be eligible for admission to the six available campuses. As there are only 220 seats and thousands of candidates compete for admission, the race to secure seats faces a cut-throat competition. 

Admission to the MNS course in itself is a prestigious achievement. There are no official ranks allotted to the seven campuses that offer the BSc nursing programme. The Indian Army nursing entrance has been scrapped, and NEET scores are considered for admission.
