Yes, Indian transgender category candidates are eligible to apply for the Indian Army BSc Nursing exam. The conducting body, DGMS, will not charge any fee from the SC/ST category candidates to appear for MNS process. 

The Indian Army B.Sc. Nursing application fee for the General category candidates is INR 200/-. There is some exemption for the female and transgender candidates belonging to SC/ST category. 

To get admission in the AFMC BSc nursing programme, candidates must apply for the NEET UG exam. It is mandatory to appear for the NEET UG exam to be eligible for admission to the MNS course. The cutoff scores will be provided in the admission prospectus as per the category of applicants willing to apply. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the MNS course.
