XLRI is one of the top 10 management institutes in the country. IIFT is a very good institute as it is ranked among the top 20 management colleges. The graduation marks won't be an obstacle, if you have a very good entrance exam score or a very good profile. However, top b-schools require minimum first class in graduation.

Dear Harsha Agarwal,
IIFT has two major campus, one at Delhi and another one at Kolkata. Also, they are giving admissions through CAT score. Therefore, you must prepare for CAT exam and secure a seat there. All the best.

Good chances. IIFT entrance has no weightage to academic scores. Just clear the entrance cutoff and perform well in the GD PI WAT rounds.
