Facilities: The IIMC, Aizawl is currently functioning in a transit building made available by Mizoram University. IIMC, Aizawl offered a library, audio-visual facility, reading room, well-equipped computer labs, and spacious classroom. The permanent IIMC, Aizawl campus will have all facilities which include an auditorium, hostels for males and females, a spacious canteen, and a residential facility for faculty members and others. The IIMC, Aizawl campus is almost ready for commissioning subject to the availability of the required staff and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria for the PG Diploma in Digital Media course at IIMC Aizawl:
- The student must have passed the Graduation Degree from a recognised University.
- Result-awaited candidates can also apply on a provisional basis.
- The required age for the Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Media is 25 years.
- Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, or Disabled candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation at the minimum and maximum age.
