Candidates seeking admission to an M.Tech programme at IIT Delhi must fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements. The table given below mentioned eligibility criteria for M.Tech courses offered in different modes:

Part-Time | BE/BTech/MSc or equivalent in relevant field with (a) CGPA 6.00 on a 10 point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/EWS Category and minimum experience. Must submit No Objection Certificate from employer Organisation should be located within 50 km of IIT Delhi. |

The total course fee is a cumulative of multiple components such as tuition fee, medical fees, transport fees, etc. IIT Delhi PhD tuition fee for full-time course is INR 7,500 per semester. In addition, PhD (part-time/sponsored) programmes is INR 17,500. The hostel fee for PhD candidates is INR 13,250. Some other fee such as students distress fund scheme (each semester) of INR 400 and insurance scheme (yearly) fee of INR 500 may also be added in the fee. Further, the fee mentioned here is taken from IIT Delhi 2023 prospectus.
