No, you cannot enter the BSDs programme of ISI Kolkata through IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). The JEE Main and CUET (UG) score have been used for admission to ISI Kolkata's Bachelor of Statistical Data Science (BSDS) program. The IAT is especially for admission to BS (Research) programs in IISers.

The M.Sc course duration at ISI Kolkata is 2 years. Eligibility criteria for admission to M.Sc at Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata are as follows:
- Master's degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/ Electronic Science/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ or
- BE/ B Tech degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE or, GRAD-IETE or, DOEACC ’B’ Level).

B.Stat is Bachelors of Statistics. It is a 3-year UG program offered at ISI, Kolkata. The eligibility criteria for the program are that a candidate should have passed class 12th with English and Mathematics as subjects, and the minimum marks should be obtained. The final selection is based on ISI enterance test scores followed by PI and GDs. You can refer to shiksha.com for more information.
