Hi Deepika!
The eligibility criteria differ in every institiute. Most institutes should accept your qualification as eligible for M.Des, yet I would advise you to go through the websites of the colleges where you're interested to seek admission. As far as NID is concerned, yes you are very much eligible.

There is no best coaching, because everybody likes to claim themselves as best. If you really want to prepare, please don't go to these so-called coaching centers. Instead, get in touch with any NID or CEED qualified student and take his or her feedback/guidance. Designers are generally very friendly people, you just need to ask for help. All the best.

You should know the syllabus of UCEED first, which includes the following topics:Visualization and spatial ability. Observation and design sensitivity. Environmental and social awareness. Analytical and logical reasoning. Language and creativity. Design thinking and problem-solving. Now, for preparation, you can refer to these books:
