Hi Sanjana, The eligibility criteria for CEED 2019 as stated by IIT Bombay mentions that aspirants should have completed their degree/Diploma/post graduate degree programme of minimum 3 years (after 10+2 level) or must be appearing for the final examination of such a programme by July 2019, or must have passed the GD Arts Diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2018. Of course, there is a difference. NID exam is for entrance in NID while UCEED is for admission in IITs.

Yes, it is true. There is an age criterion to be eligible to apply for CEED. If you are beyond that age, you cannot apply.
