Yes, you can appear for the IIT JAM exam in the final year of your Bachelor's degree or after completing it. For applying in a reputed IIT or NIT for M.Sc. In Information Technology, you need to score well in the exam. This year IIT Kanpur will start the IIT JAM Counselling from April 2020 and aspirants who will qualify the cut-off marks in IIT JAM Exam and will be featured in the merit list can take admission in various M.Sc. Hi,
It depends on which field interests you. You can go for B.Tech in CS CSE, BCA you can also do mechatronics, robotics, AI etc. IT is a very wide career option.
