These are all informal and hence the student need to register online and also appear for an entrance exam conducted by this Institute before one can get admission. The basic eligibility criteria is the most minimal that is passing of 12th from J and K board of secondary Education or its equivalent across the country. This inherently is a government organisation. It's aim is of imparting skills which can be utilised by the students in either getting a job or becoming an entrepreneur. Hence they don't impose many restrictions in the eligibility criterias including any minimum percentage of passing in 12th or the age of the candidate when he seeks admission.

To be eligible for the UG Diploma program at NIELIT Ropar, candidates need to graduate with first division in the specified subject and should have at least two years of post-qualification experience. The eligibility criteria may differ based on the course; for instance, the B.Tech program requires candidates to possess a relevant B.Tech degree with a minimum percentage of aggregate of 60 percent and for B.Arch. program it is a minimum of 50% marks for B.Arch. degree.

Basically a institute known for certification and skill development in IT and Electronic subjects. 

Answer to your question eligibility criteria for MBA is following :

1. Firstly you must have a valid under Graduation degree,

2. CAT entrance exam score card,

3. Percentage in your graduation year must above 50% it is great if they are more than that,

4. 10th and 12th percentage above 50%.
