Hi.

Check eligibility — ensure you have passed class 12 with ≥ 50%.

Fill Application Form — either online via IBMR's official website or by visiting campus in person.

Pay application / registration fee — as specified on IBMR's site.

Selection / Merit‑based shortlisting — for BCA + UGPM, admission is based on merit (i.e. 10+2 marks and possibly other internal criteria) rather than entrance exam.

Document verification & fee payment — once selected, you'll need to submit your 10th, 12th marksheets, other required documents (photo, ID, etc.), and pay the fee to confirm admission.

Hi.

When filling the MAH BCA CET application, you'll typically need to upload:

A recent passport‑size colour photograph of yourself.

Your scanned signature (signed by you on white paper, using black ink).

After selection or during counselling / admission, you may also need original or scanned copies of your educational certificates (10th, 12th marksheets, etc.), domicile/nationality proofs, any category certificate if applicable — but for the application form itself the main upload is the photo and signature.

Hi.

Brainware Vidyalankar Scholarship (Academic Excellence)

If you scored 90%–94.99% in your qualifying exam (e.g., 10+2), you get 50% waiver on tuition fees.

If you scored 95% or more, you get 100% tuition‑fee waiver (i.e. full waiver).

This scholarship is not applicable to certain courses (e.g. some pharmacy/nursing courses) — but BCA is eligible.

Brainware Medha Britti Scholarship (Merit Scholarship)

If you have a consistent record (minimum 60% overall marks in qualifying exam and academic history), BCA and many UG courses are eligible.
