AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the information brochure. The question paper pattern comprises details about the mode, medium of the exam, total number of questions asked, type of questions, allotted time, and marking scheme. INI CET exam is held in computer-based mode in English medium. According to INI CET 2025 paper pattern, a total of 200 multiple choice questions are asked and candidates get 3 hours to answer them. Candidates get 1 mark for every right answer while -1/3 for every wrong answer. It must be noted that the official question paper and answer key are not released for INI CET exam.

According to students, questions from Ortho, Radio, Medicine were most difficult. The overall difficulty level of the question paper was moderate. It must be noted AIIMS doesn't release the official question paper but some coaching centres release the unofficial question paper and answer key right after the exam. 

A good number of questions were asked from topics such as Biochemistry, Surgury, Microbiology etc. There were few questions from OBS Gynae, Ortho etc. Questions were one liner and concept based as well. There were some repeated questions as well. The overall difficulty level of the INI CET 2025 July session question paper was moderate.

No. AIIMS doesn't release the official INI CET question paper. However, various coaching centres release question paper along with the answer key right after the exam. These unofficial question paper are based on memory of exam taking candidates. Experts provide answer to these questions. INI CET 2025 counselling July session dates and schedule were announced by AIIMS. The counselling began with mock round on June 14, 2025. Seat allotment result for mock round counselling INI CET 2025 July session was announced on June 18, 2025. Round-1 Seat allotment result was declared on June 25, 2025. Round-2 result was uploaded on July 10, 2025. The counselling is held online for seat allotment. Only INI CET qualified candidates can participate in the counselling for seat allotment. A total of 4 rounds of counselling will be held.

The result is valid for that particular session only. INI CET January session result and scorecard will be valid for admission to January session only and candidates can't get admission in July session based on result of January session. AIIMS released INI CET July 2025 result online. The result PDF comprises a list of qualified candidates in INI CET exam. Those who qualify in the exam are deemed eligible for the counselling session for seat allotment.

AIIMS will release date for INI CET 2025 January session scorecard. It will be released online. INI CET scorecard comprises details such as name, registration number, All India Rank, total percentile, category wise rank etc. Candidates have to download the scorecard from the official website after providing login details such as application ID, password, Exam Unique Code (EUC) etc.
