Don't go for PGDM, you might face some problems later in your career regarding your certificate recognition. Go for either PGDM or MBA from a reputed institute. Best of luck!

But If you are curious about a particular college, then I must tell you that after IBS Hyderabad, IBS Gurgaon and Mumbai are the colleges which are being preferred by most of the students. Dear Manish,
Instead of IBS Gurgaon or Bangalore you should try for IBS Hyderabad coz no other IBS campus is that much reputed as the Hyderabad campus,
But if you ain't getting in there then go for IBS Bangalore Campus

If you talk about IBS, then Hyderabad is best among all the other branches and pune is also good and actually worth spending 7 lacs and average package is around 4- 5 lacs. pune is basically for marketing specialization and good for other as well.
