Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow course admissions are held on the basis of various entrance tests as prescribed course-wise. For the flagship BTech programme at IET Lucknow, students can appear for the UPSEE test and obtain valid scoring for admissions. Further, the institute also prescribes appearing for the UPTAC counselling sessions for course admissions, such as IET Lucknow MBA.

Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST), JEE Main score + UP? state counselling via AKTU.

Fees: 84,775–99,775 per year tuition plus 14,500 hostel and mess (~114,000 total).

Scholarship: UP Post-Matric fee reimbursement for reserved category and low income students up to 60k annually, plus eligibility for AICTE Pragati/Saksham and merit-based aid.
