The Institute of Engineering and Technology has not released the placement report. However, the NIRF report 2022 is out which incorporates the 2021 placement details. The table below compares the ICCMRT and IET Lucknow placement data for the MBA batch passing out in 2021:

No, you can't. I remember in 2020, I got 300000 rank in general and I didn't get even the lowest branch there, so forget about that college as you will not get any seat there even with reservations.

It is unlikely that you will get admission to IET for CSE or T branches with a rank of 59000 under the OBC category. The cutoff for CSE in IET Lucknow in 2022 was 30421 for the OBC category. However, the cutoff is likely to be lower in 2023 due to the increase in the number of applicants.
There are a few other factors that could affect your chances of getting admission, such as your board exam scores and your extracurricular activities. However, even if you have strong scores and extracurricular activities, it is still unlikely that you will get admission to CSE or T branches with a rank of 59000.
