AP EAMCET cutoff ranks of Sri Vasavi Institute of Engineering and Technology (SVIET) keep changing with each passing year. In 2024, selected competitive courses such as B.Tech in CSE were giving General category close ranks up to 51,322 (and AIML up to 127,048) (Round 2). Cutoffs in the other branches such as ECE, Mechanical and Civil were normally higher (not competitive). DIET – Dumkal Institute of Engineering & Technology doesn't publicly list any standout alumni or notable personalities as some larger institutions do. Their website emphasizes collective academic achievement—several graduates have secured university-level distinctions or high marks—but no specific famous alumni are highlighted . Reviews mention that many students have gone on to work at companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, and Accenture—but again, without naming flagship alumni . In essence, while DIET prides itself on producing capable graduates, it currently has no widely recognised “top alumni” on record.

No, DIET Dumkal doesn't offer a blanket 100% scholarship to all students. However, it does provide various financial aid options: minority scholarships, merit-based awards, and SC/ST/OBC schemes—around 40% of students benefit from these each year . Students who qualify receive partial tuition waivers per semester (typically ?8,500 off each semester) . Additionally, state and national government scholarships (e.g., Swami Vivekananda, Nabanna) are available for eligible groups . So while full tuition scholarships aren't guaranteed, substantial aid is accessible through multiple channels.
